WATCH: Man breaks into Mel B's car and grabs her stuff!

Los Angeles - Mel B has had her car broken into outside her home in Beverly Hills, California.

The former Spice Girls singer has taken to Instagram to post CCTV footage of a mysterious man smashing the rear window of her car and grabbing two suitcases from inside the vehicle before making off with his ill gotten gains.

In the caption of the videos, Mel, 41, has urged her followers to contact her husband Stephen Belafonte - with whom she has five-year-old daughter Madison - with any information they may have, in order to be in with a chance of bagging a whopping $5 000 reward.

One video which shows the thief in action was captioned: "I have a 5 thousand dollar reward to anyone who no's this asshole, I don't care who was involved I want this guy caught, At 542am last night this scum bag did this to my car DM my husband @stephenthinks11 we will wire you the monies for turning him in,the police are investigating but I need your help NOW right on my own door step in Los Angeles Beverly Hills (sic)"

Mel - who also has 17-year-old Phoenix with ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar, and nine-year-old Angel from a previous relationship with Eddie Murphy - then posted second video shows a car driving up toward the house and stopping for a moment before carrying on out of the sight of the camera.

The second video was captioned: "neighbor by neighbor we are going to track you down the police already have a good idea who you are,but in the meantime anybody who wants to make that $5000 DM my hubby right now@stephenthinks11 (sic)"

It is not yet known what was in the suitcases, and the total value of the items stolen has not been released.
