WATCH: Nicole Scherzinger shows us how to get her sexy body

Cape Town – Nicole Scherzinger has a smoking hot body and obviously it takes hard work and dedication to look like that.

The X Factor judge shared a video doing an intense TRX workout that certainly shows you how sexy abs are made!

Along with the help of personal trainers at the Equilibrium training studio, Nicole made sure her sexy and sweaty workout on the ropes was worth it!
