WATCH: The tear-jerking moment the Jonas Brothers surprised a fan in hospital undergoing chemotherapy

Cape Town – Lily Jordan was supposed to attend the Jonas Brothers' Happiness Begins tour in Hershey, Pensylvania, on Saturday, but missed the concert because she had to get chemotherapy that night instead.

Lily took to Instagram, sharing a picture of herself in hospital and wrote, "@jonasbrothers I was supposed to be at your Hershey concert tomorrow but instead I'm across the street doing chemo. If y' all wanted to pop in I'll give you my room #." She added, "Seriously though I wish I was seeing the JoBros so bad so like? Idk tag em or put this on your story or something for lil old me #lilyseesthejonasbrotherschallenge2019."

The post went viral, and sure enough, Kevin, Joe and Nick stopped by.

"Thank you @jonasbrothers," Lily posted after their meeting.

"Literally made my life."
