Cape Town - Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian may have intended to teach fans a thing or two about make-up in her tutorial video for Vogue, but all eyes were on her one-year-old daughter, True Thompson.
The video begins with Khloe, who has baby True in her arms, introducing how she would be sharing her make-up and skin care routine. She then asks True to blow a kiss and once she does, she puts her down to proceed with the tutorial.
A few minutes into the tutorial, baby True who is sporting a pink dress and ponytails returns to the make-up room with a pink object.
“Oh thank you, is that for me?” Khloe asks, to which True responds with a "No" before turning around and leaving the room.
As baby True walks and talks around the house, Khloe explains how, since becoming a mom, she’s had to learn how to do her make-up quickly in order to chase baby True around.
“Since becoming a mom, I literally locked my front door, my bedroom door, so she can't get out, so she's kinda trapped. And normally, I allow her to have free reign 'cause I have baby gates, 'cause then I chase after her. So if I'm doing this and I kinda hear she's silent for too long or, I dunno, I don't hear her for too long, of course, so you run after her," Khloe said.
“So I had to learn how to do make-up really quickly and not do too many wet things, 'cause then once it's wet and I have to run after her, it's gonna set really weird and then I'm gonna look super blotchy."
True later makes her way back to the room and Khloe jokes about how her “make-up assistant” loves to hand her brushes and eat her sponges. Khloe then says she thinks it’s nap time for baby True who then signs out of the video with another kiss.
As the video continues, Khloe also reveals how baby True’s name came about.
“At dinner one night, when I was looking for baby names, MJ my grandmother, said, 'You should name the baby True.' I was like, 'Oh my gosh, I actually love that name.' I love that there's family history, there's a story behind it," Khloe said.
