Cape Town – Kylie Jenner went through a break-up of her own when the Tristan Thompson-Jordyn Woods cheating scandal broke, but some months later, matching 'Stormi' tattoos and co-ordinated outfits reveal the beauty mogul may have moved on.
You would've noticed a blonde beauty in Kylie's pictures recently. Tap for tags, and you'll see the handle "stassiebaby" pop up. But if you're not completely immersed in the other-worldly YouTube vlogger sphere, much like the rest of the internet you may be wondering, who, on earth, is Anastasia Karanikolaou?
And when did applications open for Kylie's best friend?
Well, never, because the two have been best friends since they met in elementary school. And sure, Jordyn lived with the reality star, but "Stas", as Kylie affectionately refers to her, practically moved into Kris Jenner's house.
"Stas used to literally live at my house. And my mom would just get so mad sometimes and be like, 'Is she going to go home?' She would just move in all her stuff, and we would just live together," commented Kylie, in a BFF Q & A.
Of course, Stas was on the jet that flew to the Turks and Caicos Islands to celebrate and promote the launch of Kylie Skin recently, but Elle reported in May that the two are so close they got matching 'Stormi' tattoos on their arms, while the "twin pics" on Instagram keep on coming.
When she isn't busy being Kylie's other half though, Anastasia "stassiebaby" Karanikolaou is a vlogger, with over 278k YouTube subscribers and influencer, with over 5.3 million Instagram followers. "Stassie", as she's referred to online, also frequently models for popular brands such as PrettyLittleThing and Khloé Kardashian's Good American. The model is mostly known for her video documenting her plastic surgery journey though, that currently has just under 1 million views and features none other than Jordyn Woods.
A quick search also reveals that Stas is, or was, rather close to Woods, but that's none of our business.
After the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, Jordyn reportedly said none of the friends she thought would be there for her was, while a source recently told the New York Post's Page Six column, Jordyn would be "okay" if Kylie didn't want to reconcile. Kylie also commented that the scandal "needed to happen" and she "needed to grow" without Jordyn.
"She was my security blanket, she lived with me, we did everything together," she said. "And sometimes people are there for certain reasons and certain times in your life, then not there for others."
And then there was Stas.
And soon after, a string of Instagram posts – one with a rather salty, even if unintentionally so, caption: "9 years later and you're still a real one."
