Los Angeles - Kris Jenner talks to her children "12 times a day."
The 60-year-old showbiz matriarch may not live with her youngest daughters Kendall, 20 and Kylie Jenner, 18, whom she has with her ex-husband Caitlyn Jenner, any more but she has admitted she's still in contact with them every hour of the day.
Asked if she's struggling to adapt to her girls growing up, she told The Evening Standard newspaper's ES magazine with a laugh: "I talk to them 12 times a day, I vacation with them."
And with Kendall carving out a name for herself in the modelling industry and Kylie focusing on her website KylieJenner.com, Kris says the one thing she's struggling to come to terms with is sharing her managerial jobs.
Asked how she's finding sharing control with Kendall and Kylie's agents, she said: "It was a tough one for me to give that up and say, 'Somebody else is going to make a decision about one of my girls.' But I was never the strict mum that put up a lot of boundaries."
Meanwhile, despite her daughters being slammed with criticism over their image-obsession, Kris believes her famous family set a good example to young girls.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said: "I see us as women who work hard. We want to do it all, we want to have families and we want to empower other women - men, too."
