Cape Town – Will and Jada may have been married for 23 years, but the Bad Boys for Life actor just admitted he still gets insecure about her relationship with Tupac.
Talking to Charlamagne Tha God on The Breakfast Club, the star said, "I could never open up to interact with Pac. You know, because we had a little bit of a thing. You know, they grew up together, and they loved each other, but they never had a sexual relationship," he said of Jada and Tupac, who were famously close, with Jada even calling Tupac's death "a huge loss in my life". "But they had come into that age where now that was a possibility and then Jada was with me. "She loved him like he was the image of perfection," Will said.
Will said Jada would always tell him how alike they were, saying they'd get along very well if they just tried. But Will said he could never open up and just talk to Tupac. "That was a huge regret of mine," he said. "I couldn't handle it. "I was the soft rapper from Philly, and he was Pac. You know what I mean? I was deeply, deeply insecure, and I wasn't man enough to handle that relationship."

Jada met Tupac on her first day of High School, according to People. The Red Table Talk host grew close to the rapper but ultimately felt it was better they stayed apart. They never had a romantic relationship, but after Tupac was killed at 25 years old in a drive-by shooting, Jada mourned his death for years to come.
Speaking to Robyn Crawford about her relationship with Whitney Houston, Jada recently said on Red Table Talk, "It's hard to live with someone who has had a legacy at the level she has had and then to lose them under tragic circumstances. I have a very similar situation. I understood because of the complex relationship I've had with Pac. In those moments of his, 'Whose that?!' knowing damn well there ain't nothing like that between us."
