Willow Smith recently locked herself in a box for a full 24 hours.

According to CNN, as part of an art installation, the daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, joined her boyfriend, Tyler Cole, in acting out eight stages of anxiety in a glass box.

"Willow Smith, daughter of the very famous Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, is playing air guitar in all seriousness. Now she is swaying her hips on top of a big-box store cooler doubling as a main stage. Now she’s moving like a balletic zombie around a white room under purple lights. Now she’s breathing hot air onto a glass wall and writing a message (drawing a heart?) with her finger to whomever is on the other side watching." The Washington Post described.

According to The Los Angeles Times, 'The Anxiety' took place at the Museum of Contemporary Art’s Geffen Contemporary in LA on Wednesday, ending on Thursday night. The public was able to watch the performance for 15 minutes, before entering a room where there was a video stream.

The emotional states Willow and her boyfriend went through included paranoia, rage, sadness, numbness, euphoria, strong interest, compassion and acceptance.

Prior to the performance, Willow said, though they didn’t plan on speaking you may hear a "grunt or scream". "It’s going to be very primal."
