Cape Town – Justin Bieber just logged onto ancestry.com – and you’ll never guess which hunky A-list celeb the Love Yourself singer is related to.

In a post shared on Instagram, he wrote, "This is the best day of my life."

I also just found out that I’m related to both Ryan gosling and Avril Lavigne this is the best day of my life.. it seems super legit it’s on ancestry.com

Through DNA, over many generations, the image shows Justin shares 11th great grandparents with one – actually, two – big stars. Ryan Gosling is Justin’s 11th cousin, once removed, while Complicated singer, Avril Lavigne is Justin’s 12th cousin.

Talk about a history of talent in one very famous family – even if it dates back 11 generations.
