Zoë Kravitz channels her mom on the Rolling Stone Hot Issue

Cape Town – Actress Zoë Kravitz channels her mother Lisa Bonet on the latest cover of Rolling Stone.

The Big Little Lies actress recreated her mother’s 1988 photoshoot for the magazine’s, Hot Issue 2018. At the time Lisa was two months pregnant with Zoë.

Speaking to the magazine Zoë says she always loved that cover.

“When I think of Rolling Stone, that’s always the image that pops into my head. It’s a really striking image of her. It’s beautiful.”

Zoë also revealed that her mom wanted the image to be the cover however the magazine went with a picture of her wearing a white shirt. 

“It’s less about the picture, and more about doing the thing my mom intended to do. That feels cool."
