A teacher at George's school to marry Prince William's best friend

Cape Town – Prince William's best friend Thomas van Straubenzee is set to wed a teacher at Prince George's school. 

The Sunday Times reports that Lucy Lanigan-O'Keeffe, the assistant head teacher at Thomas' Battersea School and Thomas, who is also Prince Charlotte's godfather, got engaged last week

The 31-year-old teaches outdoor learning and mindfulness at the school.

Williams and Thomas' friendship go way back according to the DailyMail they attended Ludgrove School together. When the Duke of Cambridge went on his first tour to New Zealand in 2005, Thomas accompanied him.

According to the newspaper, William will be an usher at the wedding while George and Charlotte will serve as pageboy and bridesmaid.
