Cape Town – Harry and Meghan are settling nicely into their new life, following their decision to step down as senior members of the royal family.

An insider recently told People, "This decision [to leave] had been weighing on them for a long time, and they are relieved to have it done.

"A weight has been lifted off their shoulders."

According to the publication the royal couple, who haven't made any public appearances since Harry's the day after the queen's announcement that they would lose royal funds and their HRH titles, are intentionally laying low – and enjoying it.

"They both love to be outside and have been loving it there," the source shared. "They are enjoying living a quiet life. They go for long walks, they do yoga, and Meghan cooks. They are real homebodies who love to chill out with Archie and the dogs."

As for the next step for the couple now that they've officially exited the royal firm?

Rumours are swirling of a move to Hollywood with Meghan's voiceover deal with Disney as sources say she's looking for a new agent.

Prince Harry has also been working with Oprah Winfrey for Apple TV+ on a programme that will focus on mental health.

"It's full throttle for them right now," the insider shared. "They have a lot happening in 2020, and it will be really exciting to see."
