Cape Town – Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan were noticeably absent when the royal family made their traditional mid-morning walk to church in Sandringham on Wednesday.
As part of their six-week break from public duties, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with baby Archie, are spending time with Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, and friends, in Canada. A spokesperson for the royals said the family is "enjoying the warmth of the Canadian people and the beauty of the landscape with their young son".
So what exactly are they getting up to while in Canada? According to local, Bev Koffel, hiking on Vancouver Island.
Bev, who owns a restaurant located close to where the royals may be staying told Vancouver Sun, "Horth Hill's become a very popular place now. And they jog around, so they've been seen."
"It's kind of exciting," she added. "I hope everything goes fine for them. They're breaking away from tradition, and I just wish them all the best."
