Cape Town – Meghan was a vision in purple and red during an outing alongside Prince Harry on Monday.
The couple visited Birkenhead, Merseyside in North West England where they mingled with a number of local organisations within the community.
According to Daily Mail, the duchess was overheard telling one fan that she is six months pregnant and another that she is due in April when greeting the crowd upon their arrival.
This marks the second time Meghan has shared details about her unborn child after she hinted that they're "nearly there", when referring to royal baby Sussex's arrival.

During their first official engagement for 2019 together, the couple visited Hamilton Square to view a new sculpture that was erected in November to mark the 100th anniversary of war poet Wilfred Owen's death.
Thereafter, Meghan and Harry officially opened Number Seven - a Feeding Birkenhead citizen’s supermarket and community café.
The Duchess of Sussex cradled her growing baby bump while looking stylish in a bright purple dress by Babaton for Aritzia with a red coat by Sentaler over it - a colour mix that was a favourite of the late Princess Diana's.
