Cape Town - Prince Charles and Camilla just gave away a major clue about the Duchess of Sussex’s due date.

On 15 April, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall announced that they’ll be visiting Germany from 7 May, according to Town & Country.

The three-day trip will begin in Berlin and will later take them to Leipzig and Munich, where they’ll celebrate and strengthen the relationship between the UK and Germany.

Since it’s expected that Camilla and Charles be nearby when the duchess gives birth, it’s assumed that baby Sussex will be here before their Germany tour, People reports.

During a visit to Birkenhead earlier this year, Meghan revealed that she’s due to give birth in late April or early May.

In a recent statement, Harry and Meghan announced that they plan on keeping the birth of the baby a secret, which means royal fanatics won’t be seeing Meghan pose for pictures on the steps of the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital like previous royal moms, Bustle reports.

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they’ve received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby," the statement read.

"Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private.

"The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they’ve had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family."
