Cape Town – His Royal Highness, Prince Harry has met and worked with world-renowned primatologist, Dr Jane Goodall before, but for Meghan Markle's 'Forces For Change' issue for British Vogue, His Royal Highness met with the conservationist once more – this time for an intimate conversation about the world as they see it, and even how many kids The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning on having.

Speaking to Dr Goodall when the primatologist visited Frogmore Cottage last month, Meghan Markle admitted Goodall was a hero of hers.

According to Harper's BAZAAR Dr Goodall said, "She told me, 'I've hero-worshipped you all my life. You've been my idol since I was a child',"

Dr Goodall even held and cuddled baby Archie – and said he's "very cute" and "gentle" - so it's no surprise that Dr Goodall's conversation will feature in the September issue, as per Meghan's special request.

Earlier this summer HRH The Duke of Sussex met with world renowned ethologist Dr. Jane Goodall for an intimate conversation on environment, activism, and the world as they see it. This special sit-down was requested by The Duchess of Sussex, who has long admired Dr. Goodall and wanted to feature her in the September issue of @BritishVogue, which HRH has guest edited. HRH and Dr. Goodall spoke candidly about many topics including the effects of unconscious bias, and the need for people to acknowledge that your upbringing and environment can cause you to be prejudiced without realising it. The Duke described that “[when] you start to peel away all the layers, all the taught behaviour, the learned behaviour, the experienced behaviour, you start to peel all that away - and at the end of the day, we’re all humans.” • Through @RootsandShoots the global youth service program @JaneGoodallInst founded in 1991, she has created and encouraged a global youth community to recognise the power of their individual strength – that each day you live, you can make a difference. According to the Sussex Royal Instagram account, Prince Harry and Dr Goodall spoke about many topics, including the effects of unconscious bias and the fact that one's upbringing and environment can cause you to be prejudiced without realising it. The two also spoke about the environment, of course, which The Duke of Sussex even admits informed his and Meghan's decision about how many children they'd be having.

Prince Harry revealed to Dr Goodall that he and Meghan would give baby Archie just one sibling, according to CNN.

"Two, maximum," he said, before revealing conservation efforts amid the climate crisis helped shaped the couple's decision.

The full interview will feature in the 'Forces For Change' issue available for digital download on Friday, 2 August.
