The Duke and Duchess of Sussex might be moving to Los Angeles soon.
Following their decision to step down from their roles as senior royals, Harry and Meghan have already started mapping out a new life for themselves, Elle reports.
The couple have spent much of their time recently enjoying a discreet life with their son, Archie, and while they’re due to conclude their royal engagements on 31 March, they’ve reportedly been house-hunting in southern California.
The pair, who are currently residing in Canada, are said to be eyeing a Malibu mansion called the Petra Manor, which is located in the same area where Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, lives.
The house boasts eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an in-house cinema and an exquisite wine cellar. It was once owned by Baywatch star David Charvet and his ex-wife, Brooke Burke.
It was reality-star Caitlyn Jenner who leaked the information during an appearance on TV show Loose Women.
"[Prince Harry and Meghan Markle] were looking for a house in Malibu," she said.
The 1,75-acre (70-hectare) mansion is estimated to cost roughly R105 million and was once rented by reality star Kylie Jenner for two weeks in 2018 with her former best friend, Jordyn Woods, Variety reported.
The reports of the duo possibly moving to Malibu come after they revealed they’d drop their "Sussex Royal" branding in any of their future ventures after concluding their royal duties.
