The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wrapped up their tour of Ireland on Thursday in Galway.

William and Kate met with several acts from the Galway Circus, had a go at hurling and visited the traditional Irish Tig Coili pub, as seen on their Instagram. They also chatted to locals who stopped Prince William to tell him how lovely Kate is.

According to People, Angela Moran, had a pleasant encounter with the prince.

"I said to him that I really admired him and Catherine and he said thank you very much," she said.

"I said I love her," she added, and William reportedly quipped, "' I do too.'"

"Thank you to all the wonderful people we met in Ireland," William and Kate wrote on Instagram as they concluded their tour, before sharing letters they received from royal fans over the course of their three-day trip.
