Cape Town - Meghan Markle’s rented Toronto home where she supposedly fell in love with Prince Harry is on the market.

The stunning two-storey home, located in the middle-class area of Seaton Village, is selling for a whopping £810 000 (around R14 829 347), according to US Weekly.

Meghan lived there while filming the TV show Suits, but has since left Canada behind as she prepares for royal life.

It was in this house that Meghan and Harry’s relationship blossomed, reported Metro.

Hello! Magazine featured a photo spread of the home, and while it’s no Kensington Palace, the house boasted three bedrooms, a cinema room and a two-car garage.

Daniel Freeman, the broker with Freeman Real Estate, told Globe and Mail that the house is already generating a lot of interest.

He pointed out that the interest is not merely based on royal curiosity, as the agency has a standard practice of checking for ID at the door.

"There are no traces of royalty in the house, except that it's a very fine residence... she had good taste," he said. "It was private and had lovely amenities. Seaton Village is a haven of safety family, inclusiveness and community."

But he added: "It's a nice thought to think, wow, Prince Harry used this toilet."
