Cape Town - It seems the Markles just don’t want to give Meghan (37) a break.
In his latest interview with The Sun, her dad, Thomas Markle (74), revealed he plans on writing a novel about Meghan’s childhood and the good times he spent with his daughter as she grew into a young woman.
“I miss Meghan a lot. She was a big part of my life up until she met Harry,” he said.
He also spoke about how heartbroken he was about being given the cold shoulder, Express reports.
“This whole thing should have been one of the proudest moments of my life,” he said.
“Now it’s like a dream that’s turned into a nightmare. The royals and Meghan can help end this nightmare by simply giving me a call. To this day, I can’t think of anything I’ve done to deserve how I’m being treated now,” he continued.
In the meantime Meghan’s half-sister, Samantha (54), is set to release her own book about the former actress – titled In the Shadows of the Duchess – in April or May, Daily Star reports.
“In the Shadows of the Duchess covers everything . . . the world doesn’t know the total truth. [I’m] holding nothing back! From lullabies to lies, it's all there in my book,” she told the news outlet.
