We know James Middleton as Kate Middleton's youngest brother, a very proud dog dad and, for many years, have been able to identify him by his signature beard.
Sounds odd, but Canadian lifestyle site, The Kit, once did A Thorough Investigation of James Middleton (and His Beard). In 2015, when E! News wrote a piece on Princess Charlotte's christening photos, they appropriately titled it James Middleton's Beard Is the Real Star of the Royal Christening Photos. And I have to say, I concur.
So when he shaved his beard it was a dramatic transformation. I mean, it's been seven years since we've seen him without facial hair.
"Seeing as Alizee and myself are due to get married – well, actually, this month – she's never seen me without a beard. So I thought it's about time I showed her what was behind it," the 33-year-old said in a video shared on Instagram, surrounded, of course, by his beloved dogs.

The couple, who got engaged in October of last year, haven't revealed any details about their wedding yet. But we're sure, amid the Covid-19 crisis, it will be a lovely, intimate affair.
