Their next stop was a visit to the charity, One25, which helps female workers in the sex industry.

The Duke and Duchess met volunteers and helped pack lunches and warm clothing which will be distributed to the women working on the streets. Meghan added a personal touch by writing some encouraging messages.

Harry and Meghan’s final visit of the day was to Empire Fighting Chance, a charity that aims to fight the impact of deprivation on young people’s lives through boxing.

The centre runs programmes that help to instil discipline, self-control, and respect while also building self-confidence and teaching valuable life-skills.
