11 'Lion King' posters that will make you roar

Cape Town – Its 50 days before the live-action remake of the Disney classic, The Lion King, releases in cinemas.

Staying true to the classic story, director Jon Favreau utilises pioneering filmmaking techniques to bring the iconic characters to the big screen in a whole new way.

Featuring the voices of Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa and Billy Eichner as Timon, and John Kani as Rafiki.

The Lion King releases worldwide on Friday, 19 July 2019.
