Cape Town – Local crime thriller Nommer 37 makes its big screen debut at cinemas this weekend. 

Paying homage to the Hitchcock classic Rear Window, it tells the story of Randal, a gangster recently crippled by an accident. He is given binoculars by his girlfriend. When he witnesses a mob killing, he tries to blackmail the killer.

Also to see: A drama about a Kennedy scandal, a remake of a 1987 comedy and a home invasion action film.
