Los Angeles - Emma Stone and Michael Keaton star alongside Zach Galifianakis in the new film Birdman from director Alejandro Gonzalez Innaritu.
Birdman chronicles the story of an actor who is famously known for portraying a superhero, the actor played by Michael Keaton struggles to mount a Broadway play merely days before opening night.
The stage actor Riggan Thomson also known as 'Birdman' battles with his ego and his failed attempts to regain his family and his career.
The play in the film is adapted from the book, What we talk about when we talk about love, written by Raymond Carvers, adapted into screen play by Alejandro Gonzalez Innaritu, Nicolas Giacobone, Alxander Dinelaris and Armando bo.
Birdman also stars, Naomi Watts, Amy Ryan and Edward Norton.
This film is due to be released in the US on 17 October.
