News, the restaurant manager said Philip was a regular at the eatery and "hardly ever drank."The actor was reportedly found in the bathroom of his apartment in his boxer shorts with a needle sticking out of his left arm. Police found 10 envelopes nearby, with two of them containing heroin. One had Ace of Spades written on it, and another had an ace of hearts symbol, believed to be heroin branding, TMZ reports.The alarm was raised at 11.30am after Philip had failed to pick up his children, Tallulah, seven, Cooper, 10, and five-year-old Willa - who he had with partner Mimi O'Donnell - at 9am as had been arranged.
