Cape Town – Chucky is back in cinemas to terrorise a whole new generation.

The reboot of the 1988 horror, Child's Play follows a family that is terrorised by a high-tech doll that rejects its programming, becoming self-aware and murderous.

Also showing: Kumail Nanjiani and Dave Bautista in an action buddy comedy involving an Uber driver and a police detective.
