Armie Hammer joins Death on the Nile

Cape Town - Armie Hammer is the latest star to sign up to appear in Death On The Nile.

Deadline reports that the Call Me By Your Name actor will play the male lead in Kenneth Branagh's follow-up to Murder on the Orient Express. 

Last month it was announced that Gal Gadot has also been cast and that Branagh will reprise his role as detective Herculer Poirot.

Whilst on vacation on the Nile, Hercule Poirot must investigate the murder of a young heiress.

Variety reports that filming is expected to begin in mid-2019 with a release date set for December.
