This new Regina Hall and Issa Rae trailer is getting people excited in a very 'big' way

Cape Town - The trailer for Little, starring Issa Rae, Regina Hall and Marsai Martin, is out and it looks so good. In the movie Regina's character, Jordan, wakes up in the body of a 13-year-old played by Marsai (who conceived of the idea for the film).

Speaking in an interview with Teen Vogue last yea, Marsai, who also owns her own production company, explained why she hoped in the future it wouldn’t come as a surprise that young girls her age are executive producers.

“I hope that [in 21 years] we won't even have to be a first anymore: First black woman to do this, or first black male, or first woman to do that,” she said.

“I hope that we always have diversity, that we have equality and representation every step of the way.”
