Director teases new photos of <em>It</em> remake

Cape Town – Filming of the remake of Stephen King's popular horror It is currently underway.

That creepy crown Pennywise will have a whole new generation to haunt.

Bill Skarsgard will play the supernatural crown and pictures of him in costume have already made the round. (Read more here)

Entertainment Weekly revealed the first full length picture of Pennywise.

To further tease fans director Andres Muschietti posted missing kids posters on Instagram to introduce the Losers Club.

Stranger Things actor star Finn Wolfhard will play Richard "Richie" Tozier.

Earlier in the month he posted a missing poster for Betty Ripson. 

The two-part remake will reportedly focus on the group of friend as adults as they face the possibility of returning home to once again fight Pennywise as they did decades ago.

The cast also includes Jaeden Lieberher, Sophia Lillis, Jack Dylan Grazer, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs, and Jeremy Ray Taylor.

The first film in the two-part remake will be in theatres in the US on 8 September 2017.
