Fan wants to sue Warner Bros because he's not happy with Suicide Squad flick

Cape Town – While millions of fans and critics have bemoaned the lack of Joker scenes in Suicide Squad one fan has decided to do something about it.

Reddit user BlackPanther2016 has threatened to sue Warner Bros and DC Comics for false advertising.

In a lengthy post on Movies subreddit he lists specific scenes featuring The Joker that could be seen in the trailers but not in the film itself.

He said he drove 300 miles to London to watch those specific scenes that were advertised on TV but he didn’t get to see them.

He also states that he suffered trauma and embarrassment when other moviegoers laughed at him when he was kicked out of the cinema after demanding a refund.

The angry fan says he will be starting legal proceedings against the studios this week with his lawyer brother leading the case.

He has also launched a petition on Change.Org asking fans to sign up if they feel they were cheated by the movie and want a refund.

So far there are only seven signatories.
