Los Angeles - Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler and Diane Keaton are to reunite for the new Netflix comedy Divanation.
The trio will star in the movie as a reformed singing group who used to be famous but who haven't spoken in 30 years, after a bust-up in the band made them go their separate ways.
When filming commences, it will be two decades since Goldie, 70, Diane, 69 and Bette, also 70, were together on set since their 1996 hit movie The First Wives Club, which saw the women play three disgruntled divorcees who form a bond over their mutual desire to get revenge on their cheating ex-husbands.
And with the actresses reuniting on screen, it is hoped that their winning formula will attract an older audience to Netflix.
The streaming service is making a concerted effort to broaden its demographic and has added another movie, with an over 60s leading cast, to its roster - an adaptation of the Kent Haruf novel Our Souls At Night, which will star Robert Redford and Jane Fonda.
Meanwhile, Divantion will be Netflix's fourth original feature programme after Beasts Of No Nation, which stars Idris Elba, and the Adam Sandler comedy The Ridiculous Six.
The David Michod-directed War Machine starring Brad Pitt will be the third release from the streaming service.
