Cape Town – Hot on the heels of Captain Marvel the Marvel Universe is gearing up to make a movie about its first Muslim superhero.
Speaking with the BBC Arabic’s Husam Asi producer Kevin Feige revealed that a movie about Ms Marvel a popular comic book character who’s alter-ego is Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American is sort of in the works.
“We’re doing Captain Marvel right now. Captain Marvel‘s shooting right now with Brie Larson. Ms. Marvel, which is another character in the comic books, the Muslim hero who is inspired by Captain Marvel, is definitely sort-of in the works. We have plans for that once we’ve introduced Captain Marvel to the world,” said Feige.
