Harrison Ford in talks to star in Call of the Wild remake

Los Angeles - Harrison Ford is said to be in negotiations to follow in the footsteps of Clark Gable and Charlton Heston by taking on the role of fictional character John Thornton in a new version of Call of the Wild.

The 76-year-old is also set to reprise his role as archaeologist Indiana Jones in the fifth instalment of the franchise set to hit theatres in 2021.
