Cape Town - Hugh Jackman has fulfilled his dream of becoming a Guinness World Record holder.
The Wolverine star received the honour for Longest Career as a Live Action Marvel Superhero - he played the role for 16 years and 228 days.
Hugh was surprised with the award while on the British TV show, This Morning.

He shares the title with his co-star Patrick Stewart who has being playing Professor X for the same amount of time.
Hugh's last appearance as Wolverine was in the 2017 film Logan.
