Cape Town - Idris Elba has been applauded for his support of the #MeToo movement, after insisting those with a clear conscience have nothing to fear.
When asked during an interview with The Sunday Times if it is difficult be a main in the entertainment industry in the Me Too era, Idris said: "It's only difficult if you're a man with something to hide."
Shonda Rhimes, Ava Duvernay and former Obama aide Valerie Jarret were among the women who applauded Idris' stance on social media.
