Brie will star as Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers in the MCU’s first female-led superhero movie.
The film follows Danvers (Larson) "as she becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races."
Other cast members include: Samuel L Jackson, Jude Law, Clark Gregg, Djimon Hounsou and Lee Pace.
Screenrant reports that fans will have to wait a few months before the trailer is released.
The film is scheduled to hit theatres in March 2019.
