Lara Croft leads the pack in cinemas this weekend!

Cape Town – 14 years after making her big screen debut Lara Croft is back in cinemas. 

There’s in new Lara in town and this time around the plot is an origin story. 

The film stars Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft, in which she embarks on a perilous journey to her father's last-known destination, hoping to solve the mystery of his disappearance.

Also to see: A local coming-of-age film with a stellar young cast and a horror revolving four orphaned siblings. 

On internet TV Alex Garland's sci-fi thriller starring Natalie Portman is available for streaming.
