Nicki Minaj joins Angry Birds 2 voice cast

Cape Town - Rapper Nicki Minaj is heading back to the big screen after signing on for The Angry Birds Movie sequel, according to Variety. 

The rapper is the latest addition to a cast which so far includes Jason Sudeikis, Leslie Jones and others.

This isn't Nicki's first acting role, she also played Lydia in The Other Woman and Steffie in Ice Age: Continental Drift.
