Cape Town - The sequel to John Krasinski's 2018 horror A Quiet Place got its first teaser trailer and poster on Wednesday, and we're already on the edge of our seat.
Back in 2018, it was announced that John was writing the follow up to the film which he starred in, wrote and directed.
The half-minute teaser trailer for the film (which the 40-year-old also wrote and directed) shows the remaining members of the Abbott family slowly going past their path of soft (and quiet) sand into the great unknown.
Here's Paramount's official synopsis for A Quiet Place 2: "Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realise that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path."
