Cape Town – Ster-Kinekor is paying tribute to slain actor Sibusiso Khwinana.
The 25-year-old who played the lead role of Lefa in the local movie Matwetwe, was fatally stabbed in Pretoria on Friday, 2 March.

2019-03-02 12:35 Cape Town - Local actor Sibusiso Khwinana was fatally stabbed on Friday in Arcadia, Pretoria. He was 25. Sibusiso played the lead role of Lefa in the the local movie Matwetwe , directed by comedian Kagiso Lediga and co-produced by DJ Black Coffee.
To celebrate the life of the young star the cinema chain shared on social media that they will be holding special half-price screenings of the film on Wednesday 13 March and Thursday 14 March.
All the proceeds will be donated to the Khwinana family and a youth film initiative.

The screenings will take place at 13 selected cinemas countrywide where the film is still on circuit.
