Sylvester Stallone denies sexually assaulting 16-year-old girl

Cape Town - Sylvester Stallone has denied reports that he allegedly forced a 16-year-old fan to have a threesome with his bodyguard in the 1980s.

On Thursday the DailyMail published a copy of a 1986 Las Vegas police report in which the alleged victim claims Stallone who was 40 at the time invited her to his room where she was forced to have sex with two men.

According to the report the girl said she was having sex with Stallone while his bodyguard, Michael "Mike" De Luca was hiding in the bathroom.

Stallone then invited De Luca to join them. He then allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him, thereafter he penetrated her.

The report further states that Stallone told the girl to tell no one about the encounter and that he would bash her head in if she did, which she took to be a joke.

Michelle Bega, a spokesperson for Stallone, said in a statement that it is a ridiculous false story, reports BuzzFeed News

"No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter."

Stallone said in a statement via his publicist that it never happened.
