Tessa Thompson joins Men in Black reboot

Cape Town – Tessa Thompson is set to reunite with Thor: Ragnarok co-star Chris Hemsworth in the reboot for Men in Black. 

Entertainment Weekly confirms that Thompson has signed on to star in the film which will be directed by F. Gary Gray.

According to The Hollywood Reporter Hemsworth is close to signing on. 

The publication further reports that the film will feature new characters and will build on the contemporary sci-fi world in which Agents K and J, played by Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith operated in.

The new film is set to have more of an ensemble cast than focus on a duo. 

Thompson is set to reprise her role as Bianca in Creed 2 which started filming earlier this week.
