The first trailer of Mamma Mia 2 will have you singing

Cape Town – Warning: You’ll be singing Abba’s Mamma Mia after reading this story. 

Filming of the sequel for the much anticipated 2008 hit musical Mamma Mia wrapped earlier this month.

And as a gift for all the Abba fans Universal Pictures released the first official trailer for Mamma Mia 2. 

In the clip Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) reveals that she is pregnant - her mom's friends decide to tell her the story of how her mom had and raised her alone. 

The film goes back and forth in time to show how relationships forged in the past resonate in the present, Lily James will play the role of Young Donna. 

Filling the roles of Young Rosie and Young Tanya are Alexa Davies and Jessica Keenan Wynn. Young Sam will be played by Jeremy Irvine, while Young Bill is Josh Dylan and Young Harry is Hugh Skinner.

And you won't believe who Sophie's grandma is!
