Cape Town - Actress and comedienne Tiffany Haddish got candid on why she left her phone on during an audition and the reason why she does this is sure to make a lot of casting directors reevaluate phone policies during auditions.

Speaking in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Tiffany revealed that she would leave her phone on in her purse during an audition, leave her the recorder running in an attempt to get the most honest and candid feedback of what the casting director really thought of her work.

"You know what I'd do? I'd put my phone on voice memo and put it in my bag. I'd do the audition, walk out the room and leave my bag," the Night School actress admitted.

"Then I'd come back and be like, 'Oh, I forgot my purse in there.’"

The award winning actress, who has a goal to make 50 movies by the time she’s 50-years-old, says that as opposed to getting filtered feedback from her agent she would subsequently listen to insulting feedback from people.

"She is not as urban as I thought she would be," "She's so ghetto, I just can't," were just some of the harsh things she heard from the recordings.

"Her boobs aren't big enough," and "I really think we should just go with a white girl. This role should be changed to white."

When asked how many rooms he had left her phone in Tiffany simply responded, "A lot." To which she added, "It was like my M.O
