Tom Cruise doesn't think Ethan Hunt will ever die

Cape Town - Tom Cruise doesn't think his Mission: Impossible character Ethan Hunt will ever die - even though he hurt himself filming the new movie.

The actor has played the character in the last six films in the franchise. 

According to BangShowBiz the actor will be sticking around for a few more films.

Mission: Impossible — Fallout easily took the number 1 spot at the US box office and at the local box office. (Read more here)

In an interview with AFP, Cruise ranked the Mission: Impossible franchise among his career accomplishments.

"It's been a massive part of my life. It was the first film I ever produced. I love playing this character, something that you kind of dream that hopefully an audience would still want," he said.
