Cape Town – Tyrese Gibson has reignited his one-sided beef with Dwayne Johnson.

In a since deleted Instagram post, the 40-year-old actor had a lot to say about the performance of Hobbs & Shaw at the box office.

Alongside a screengrab of an article titled Hobbs & Shaw has lowest Fast & Furious box office opening since Tokyo Drift he wrote: "I have to show my respects, for one thing, he tried. Folks called me a hater and attacked me for speaking out."

He continued: "Breaking up the family clearly doesn't have the value than one would assume it does."

Tyrese went on to say that maybe Dwayne and the crew would return for Fast10 and give the real fans who have supported the franchise for 20 years what they want and that a 180 million dollar global opening for Hobbs & Shaw is not a win.

He ended the post with a jab to The Rock's wrestling career saying: "The Rock comes from wrestling and he knows all about smack talking and friendly competition. So love is love. Roman has spoken drops mic. #NoComment"
