Cape Town - Viola Davis has teamed up with US basketball player Stephen Curry to executive produce a documentary about a headline grabbing hate crime that happened in 2015.
The documentary is based on the Charleston church shooting in which Dylan Roof killed nine churchgoers at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston.
According to Deadline it will feature interviews with survivors and family members and is a moving story about justice, faith, love, hate and the healing power of forgiveness.
