The Reunion
What it's about:

After a father's death, his last wish is fulfilled by his daughter, who finds a way to bring her three brothers — Sam, a hardened cop currently on suspension, Leo, a loud-mouthed, overbearing bail bondsman, and Douglas, a handsome twenty-year-old thief, fresh out of prison, who, until recently, never knew he even had a real family — back together.

When Leo discovers that the con he pledged a lot of money for is suspected of kidnapping one of the wealthiest men in the country, he somehow convinces his two brothers to help him track the delinquent down so that Leo doesn't lose his high-priced bond. After following the con all the way into Mexico, action quickly develops as the three brothers find themselves in the middle of a dangerous yet exhilarating adventure in the hopes of saving a missing man, and, at the same time, rejuvenating a brotherly bond.
What the critics thought:

"The WWE's campaign to turn its brutes into box office deals another tepid hand with The Reunion."
- Robert Abele, Los Angeles Times

"There's one thing to be said about WWE Studios - they're consistent. Every one of their movies designed to showcase their stable of popular wrestling stars has been a critical and commercial disaster."
- Frank Scheck, Hollywood Reporter

"If John Cena wants to follow in the footsteps of fellow wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, he might want to learn to smile. Or at least to pick better material than The Reunion."
- Michael O'Sullivan, Washington Post

Last chance. Long odds.
