Flo Rida - Mail On Sunday

2008-05-09 06:44
"Don’t Know How To Act?" Let the Flo ride you. We’re talking endorphin-inducing beats, heart-jolting bass, and all the top dawgs kickin it on one album. Lil 'auto-tunes' Wayne, the tight-tank-top production guru Timberland, Sean 'cutie' Kingston, Rick Ross, Young Jock and Birdman are just some of the names blinging this album out. Not bad for a debut.

Not bad for blowing off some steam ("Low", "In the Ayer"), not bad for rollin in the hood ("American Superstar", "Ms. Hangover"), not bad for romancing and slow dancing either ("Me and You"). Not bad will be your first impression but in Flo’s case your first impression won’t last. Rather you’ll be screaming "Oh hot damn, this is my jam". Believe that.

- Natalie Sineke

Warning: This album should be played at window-shattering volume by boys in rubber-burning fast cars. Any ladies getting Low with the Flo are advised to pull out those "apple-bottle jeans" and "boots with the fur". Mail on Sunday is not for the dull at heart, so "Ack Like You Know".
